For more than 7 years, Nuri Gardi has dedicated his life to rescuing and protecting stray dogs across Kurdistan, especially in Erbil and Kirkuk. What started as a simple act of kindness grew into a full-time commitment to saving lives, changing perspectives, and building a culture of compassion toward animals.
This is not an organization driven by profit — it is a mission driven by heart.
Who Am I
Nuri Gardi is an independent animal rescuer who responds to emergency calls about injured, sick, or abandoned dogs. When someone reports a dog in danger, he goes personally to rescue the animal, transport it safely, and ensure it receives proper veterinary treatment.
Over the years, hundreds of dogs have been rescued, treated, fed, and given a second chance at life.
